Fish Sauce Nuoc Mam Muc SQUID 300ml

SQUID is a Thai fish sauce made from anchovy extract, salt and sugar. Despite the Polish product name referring to “squid”, the word relates to the Squid brand rather than the product's main ingredient. The sauce is used to season soups, curries, marinades, wok dishes and dipping sauces.

The sauce has an intense salty flavour with a strong umami note and the characteristic aroma of fermented fish. Even a small amount deepens the flavour of a dish, so it is best added gradually.
