Tapioca Glass Noodles 1.1 mm 500g

1.1 mm thick noodles made from cassava and tapioca are a popular ingredient in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Once cooked, they become springy and delicate, perfectly absorbing the flavor of sauces and broths. Ideal for stir-fries, spring rolls, and Asian salads.

🌿 FLAVOUR AND AROMA

After cooking, the noodles are delicate, slightly springy, and absorb the flavor of sauces and broths very well. They have a neutral taste on their own, enhancing the aroma of spices, curries, and stir-fry sauces. The texture is smooth, slightly slippery, and characteristically glassy.

Dishes you can use it in:

Cassava tapioca noodles have a neutral taste and a glassy texture, making them an excellent carrier for the flavors of sauces, broths, and spices. This makes them ideal for dishes where texture and sauce absorption are important.

  • Spring rolls and fresh spring rolls — noodles arranged in rolled snacks, adding slight elasticity and absorbing sauces.
  • Pad Woon Sen — a classic Thai dish with cassava noodles in sauce, with vegetables and meat or tofu.
  • Asian soups — added to soups for substance and lightness, they perfectly maintain their structure in hot broths.
  • Stir-fry with vegetables and meat — a quick stir-fried dish where the noodles absorb sauces and add a filling texture.
